ohare: cots in the American terminal, to the gate, B11 I think, ( It is the one next to the Alaska Airlines gates) and to my surprise, found over 100 cots in a darkened area, that was being watched over by the security guards. On each cot there was a pillow and freshly washed blanket, At 4 AM the lights came on and a loud anouncement was made that everyone had to get up. They fold up the cots during the day so who would notice that this was offered? I asked the guards if they set up the cots due to the weather and they said no they have them there all the time! So, I think that this is the “Best Kept Secret”, because the airlines did not inform me of the cots in the airport
