Fruit Smoothies
Igredients
12 frozen strawberries, just as much (1.5 cups?) fruit cocktail from a can, just as much vanilla yogurt, and 4 ice cubes == delicicous, smooth and leaves little on in the glass
Directions
Place in juicy and soft fruits (oranges with some juice or milk with ice
Put blender into ‘ice crush’ mode or lowest mode while interespersing delay
Work in bannas, yogurt, and ice cream to smooth out
Blend until consistent flowing consistency
Do Not Include
Seeded items: black berries, some mandarins | Perhaps OK with a sieve!
Blue Berries: kind of leave pits
